Cleveland J. Swan Sr. is a U.S. Navy veteran and a retired law enforcement executive has over thirty-four years of law enforcement experience specializing in criminal investigations and internal affairs. His experience includes supervising a special investigations unit, conducts in-depth background investigations, surveillance operations, and working with the FBI and U.S. Marshals.I am on duty.
